Namaste Dear Mothers, Expectant Mothers and Teachers,
Do you know the three windows of opportunity in a woman's life to completely rebuild her body for optimal health and wellness?
They are: menarche (beginning of mestruation), menopause and the postpartum period. Ayurveda, the ancient system of natural holistic health from India offers practices to help facilitate a healthy pregnancy and make the most of this important opportunity to create and maintain health on the physical, mental and spiritual levels.
To learn about how to apply the nourishing practices of Ayurveda, please attend one of our upcoming sessions including: Introduction to Ayurveda, Ayurveda for Pregnancy and Ayurveda for Mothers.
