Reflections on lil omm: Min Chan

Lil Omm has been amazing for me. I am due in about two months and my first prenatal yoga was with Pamela on Sunday at 10:30am. Pam is so caring and makes doing yoga fun and relaxing. The yoga poses she taught me help to minimize my leg cramps and calm my mind down. Excellent job, Pam!
