Reflections on Lil Omm: Mary Ann Reed
I will be eternally grateful to Lil omm for changing my life! My yoga practice was born last March in Lil omm studio and it has grown slowly, day by day, just like the other babies that Lil omm nurtures. Never before have I gained so much physically, spiritually and mindfully and all in one place. Pleasance has truly planted a “giving tree” right in our neighborhood, one that will one day grow to be a mighty oak!
