We asked teacher Melissa Farley to share her ideas for the class with you!
My goal in teaching "Tough/LOVE" is to connect each student with their own personal balance of strength & yoga. Whether you are prenatal or postnatal, mom or dad, yogi or runner, this class is for YOU!
The first 30min is fitness & strength based on cardio conditioning, muscular endurance, stability, and core work. The remaining 30min is a relaxing and rejuvenating yin yoga experience. I focus on restorative poses that lengthen and heal all the "tough" muscles we just worked!
My dance background provides a foundation for a unique fitness experience combining ballet, pilates, plyometrics, & anatomy into a fun & calorie burning workout! My mission is to create a transformative experience where each student leaves feeling refreshed and relaxed with a deeper mind body connection. All ages are welcome!!

on Wednesdays at 9:30am with childare
tough/LOVE PLAYTIME (with the kiddies) meets:
Mondays at 4 & Fridays at 12:30
