Come learn more about how a doula can help you in your upcoming birth. Meet with area professionals in a comfortable, low pressure setting.

Doulas Can:

*Lower the risk of unnecessary interventions
*Lower the risk of unnecessary cesarean sections
*Enhance the birth experience of the mother
*Support the partner during the birth process as well

The DC Chapter of the International Cesarean Awareness Network offers support and education for the DC Metro area. Our goal is to provide prenatal and postnatal education for the women and their families to help them make informed choices.
